Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Wanwen AI mobile application and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Wanwen AI runs AI agents that perform tasks you describe and produce deliverables (documents, summaries, reports and similar outputs). AI-generated results may contain errors - review important work before relying on it. The Service is provided for lawful personal and business use.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. Provide accurate sign-in information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Minimum age: 13 (or higher where required by your local law).

3. Purchases, credits and subscriptions

• In-app purchases (credits, memberships and subscriptions) are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their payment terms.
• Credits are used when agents run tasks. Free or promotional credits may expire as described in the app; purchased credits are delivered immediately to your account.
• Subscriptions renew through the store unless cancelled before the renewal date in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its policy.
• We may adjust prices or plan contents; changes apply prospectively.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: break the law or infringe others' rights; generate malware, phishing or deceptive content; impersonate real people without consent; submit content involving the sexual exploitation of minors; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service; or resell access without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated automatically. Where required by law or store policy, the app labels AI-generated media. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including checking accuracy and complying with any applicable disclosure requirements.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit and what agents produce for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to process, store and display that content to operate the Service (including sending it to AI model providers to complete your tasks).

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this site. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
