Wanwen AI ("we", "the Service") is a mobile application that runs AI agents on your behalf. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what the Service needs to function - no advertising trackers, no selling of data.
Task instructions and related content are sent to AI models (including our own service and third-party model providers) to generate results. We apply content-safety checks to instructions and outputs. Do not submit sensitive personal data (health, financial, government IDs) in task instructions that the task does not require.
Your workspace content is kept while your account is active so the Service can show your history. You can delete your account inside the app (Settings), which removes your account data and workspace content from our production systems. We may retain minimal records where required by law or for legitimate anti-fraud purposes.
Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is restricted and logged. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
Wanwen AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
