Delete your Wanwen AI account

You can delete your Wanwen AI account and the data associated with it at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Wanwen AI app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then open About Wanwen AI.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter the SMS verification code sent to your registered phone number and confirm.

Your request is processed immediately after you confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you signed in with an email address and cannot receive the SMS code, or you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@wanwenai.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address linked to your account. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion.

What data is deleted

• Account data: your phone number or email address, internal user ID and profile information.
• Workspace content: task instructions, conversations with AI agents, uploaded files, memories, and the outputs agents generated for you.
• Push notification tokens and app preferences.

What may be retained, and for how long

• Purchase records are retained as required by tax and commercial record-keeping laws.
• Minimal logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention, security and legal compliance, after which they are deleted or fully anonymized.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual items at any time inside the app - for example, removing a conversation, a task, or stored memories - without deleting your account.
